Our Providers
At Birch Grove Collaborative, our team of therapists and mental health providers is united by a shared commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. While each provider brings their own specialties and approach to therapy, we all believe in creating a supportive space where healing can happen. Get to know our team below.
I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to need someone in your corner who actually gets it. My own healing journey lives in the way I show up for every person I work with, and that's not something I take lightly. I specialize in eating disorders, body image, and trauma, and the thing I hear most from clients is that they finally feel like they can breathe.

Eating disorders, disordered eating, body image, trauma, and the complicated ways those things tend to show up together. I work with teens and adults, and I'm especially drawn to clients who have felt like they were "too much" or "not sick enough" to deserve support. You don't have to earn your way into care here.
-
I pull from ACT, EMDR, IFS, and creative approaches like art, music, and somatic work, but honestly, the most important thing I bring into the room is you. I'm not a blank-slate therapist. I'm warm, and I hope people leave sessions feeling a little more settled than when they came in. Therapy with me feels like a real conversation, and we build the approach around what actually fits your life.
-
I'm in recovery myself, and I work from a weight-inclusive, HAES-aligned lens because I believe it in my bones, not just in theory. My lived experience is part of what makes me good at this work, and I don't hide it. You won't hear me say things I don't mean, and you won't get a therapist who has never sat in the hard parts.
-
Sessions with me are collaborative and honest. I'll follow your lead and I'll also gently nudge when I think something is worth looking at. We'll go at a pace that feels right for you, and you'll never feel like a checkbox on a treatment plan. I want to know who you are, not just what brought you in.

My family, my dogs, and a solid playlist. I grew up in New England and my music taste never really left, so you'll find me somewhere between metalcore, 90s alternative, and Noah Kahan on any given day. I believe therapists who take care of themselves show up better for their clients, so I try to practice what I preach. That looks like rest, honesty, and knowing when to ask for help myself.

My clinical focus includes maternal wellness, eating disorders, and trauma. I work with individuals navigating pregnancy and postpartum challenges, concerns related to food, body image, and self-worth, as well as the lasting effects of traumatic experiences. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, I help clients build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move toward healing and growth.
-
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I draw from Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TI-CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and create meaningful change. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, but also challenged when needed.

My journey with behavioral mental health began when I was 16. My parents started me in therapy under the guise of art lessons to process trauma and alleviate some of my PTSD symptoms. As an adult I chose to seek out therapy on my own and it set in motion one of the most profound changes of my life. A few years later I decided I wanted to be that person for others on their journey with mental health.
-
Every client's therapy session will look a little different. My goal is to cater to each person's individual needs and collaborate on the best approach to your therapeutic journey.
While I bring compassion, humor, and authenticity into the room, I'm not afraid to ask the hard questions that can help uncover patterns, increase self-awareness, and support lasting growth.

In my personal life I find joy in my family and hope through faith. On any given evening I can be found under the light of a lamp reading a book or indulging in whatever my latest hyper-fixation hobby is. I'm a lover of art in its many forms. I really enjoy when clients bring their drawings, poetry, writing, music, etc. to sessions.

I specialize in working with women navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting stress, and issues related to identity, self-worth, and personal growth. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful change aligned with their values.
Together, we focus on building resilience, increasing psychological flexibility, strengthening self-compassion, and developing tools to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and clarity. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to move forward in a way that feels authentic to them.

I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, genuine, and collaborative. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you better understand yourself, navigate challenges with greater confidence, and create meaningful change that fits your values and life. I blend evidence-based approaches with warmth, honesty, and a focus on practical strategies you can use outside of our sessions.

Life has taught me that growth is rarely a straight line. Through my own experiences balancing family, career, and personal challenges, I've learned the importance of self-compassion, resilience, and asking for and accepting support when it's needed. Those experiences help me connect with clients from a place of authenticity and understanding.
-
Working with me hopefully feels conversational, supportive, and purposeful. Clients often describe feeling comfortable enough to be themselves while also feeling challenged to grow. Together, we'll explore what's getting in the way, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and develop realistic strategies that help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My family, time outdoors, movement, and the simple routines of everyday life keep me grounded. As a busy mom and professional, I've learned that balance isn't about doing everything perfectly; it's about staying connected to what matters most and making space for joy, rest, and meaningful relationships along the way.
