Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

1. Services Birch Grove Collaborative provides outpatient mental health therapy and psychiatric services to teens and adults in Iowa, and to clients in Nebraska pending licensure. Our services are intended to support mental health and wellness and do not constitute emergency or crisis care.

2. Not an Emergency Service If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. Birch Grove Collaborative cannot guarantee immediate response to messages or portal communications.

3. Appointments & Cancellations Clients are expected to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Please refer to your individual provider's policy and your signed consent forms for specific details.

4. Insurance & Payment Birch Grove Collaborative currently accepts most major insurance plans. Clients are responsible for understanding their benefits and for any balances not covered by insurance. Payment policies will be outlined at intake.

5. Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information.

6. Communication Email and text communication is not fully secure. By reaching out via email or text, you acknowledge and accept the associated risks. Sensitive clinical information should be shared through our secure client portal.

7. Scope of Website The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

8. Changes to Terms Birch Grove Collaborative reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of this website or our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
