Intuitive Eating Resources

Intuitive Eating is a self-care eating framework, which integrates instinct, emotion, and rational thought and was created by two dietitians, Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch in 1995. Intuitive Eating is a weight-inclusive, evidence-based model with a validated assessment scale and over 100 studies to date.

Gather at the Grove

A therapist-led online support community for individuals navigating binge eating, emotional eating, food struggles, and the shame that often accompanies them. Gather at the Grove offers compassionate support, practical tools, and a space to feel less alone while building a healthier relationship with food and yourself.

    • Learning to recognize and respond to your needs with care

    • Developing gentle emotional regulation skills

    • Creating sustainable healing without judgment
